We’re excited to introduce a powerful new feature to the Kaboodle booking platform: Booking Questionnaires.

Designed to give event organisers granular control over attendee data collection, this capability seamlessly bridges the gap between ticketing and operational event planning.

Streamlined data collection attached to tickets

Organisers can now create Pre-booking and Post-booking questionnaires that attach directly to specific ticket types. This means when a customer purchases a particular ticket type, answering and completing the associated questionnaire becomes a required part of the experience.

• Pre-Booking Questionnaires: Capture essential buyer details, eligibility checks, or preferences prior to checkout.
• Post-Booking Questionnaires: Gather deeper attendee insights, dietary preferences, accommodation choices, or skill levels following purchase.

Tailor & segment attendee groups

Capturing granular attendee data is key to delivering personalised event experiences. Questionnaire responses help promoters organise, group, and tailor their events based on exact customer inputs.

To ensure you collect 100% of the data required to run your event without chasing down attendees, tickets are blocked from being sent or dispatched until the customer completes their questionnaire.
