I'm not even sure how I managed to do this but each row of dots is a different hue of aqua! I used the same glass for all the dots and it just decided to have a mind of it's own. Sometimes that works to your advantage and sometimes it doesn't. In this case...it totally rocks! The top row is a striking bright blue making it look as if this Sea Pod is starting to bloom! This is an 18 x 19mm focal bead with a 2mm bead hole. See less

Jungle City (Copyright 2006 Sojourn Quilts) I call this original 17" x 21 1/2" wall-hanging "Jungle City" because of the creatures hiding in various parts of the quilt. The piece includes funky and imperfect shapes that make up the city. It echoes one of my earliest quilts called "City and Balloons," a theme I keep coming back to. The wall-hanging is machine appliqued, pieced and quilted using cotton fabric and thread, organic cotton batting, and a plastic button. Sleeves on the back provide easy installation. Dowel included. Jungle City ships USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation and generally is expected to reach its US destination within seven days from payment confirmation.
