As sophisticated as a classic tuxedo, these confections are hand made from a recipe that dates to the early 1900s, using premium ingredients. The caramel of fresh dairy butter, brown sugar and cream is gently simmered in a copper kettle, then poured onto a confectionery table and hand cut into perfect bite-size squares. Once cooled, the pieces are enrobed in velvety-smooth, dark and white Guittard chocolates. The final touch is a sprinkling of French fleur de sel sea salt for the dark chocolate pieces and black Hawaiian sea salt for the white chocolate. 8 oz. (16 pieces). A Williams-Sonoma exclusive.
